In Upper Sandusky Ohio on October 18 a Wyandotte county grand jury indicted Wilbur E Stillwell of Marion for the kidnapping of Tillie Purdue then 2 years old. Tillie, now a grown woman, was daughter of Mr and Mrs Robert Purdue. Stillwell had eloped with Purdue's wife and taken the infant. Purdue discovered the man when he read he had testified in a trial and traced him via a newspaper photo of Mrs Purdue.

State Board Advances Funds for Prisoner Relief
