Summer is coming and porch parties become popular. Melba and great artists can be simulated at home via the Victor phonograph, offering ready access to noted voices and melodies. C Roehring & Bro., 878 880 882 Virginia Ave, showcases this phonograph and records with adjustable pricing.
A local remedy, Houze's Blood and Liver Tablets, is promoted as a top constipation treatment sold exclusively by C. M. Houze at 1006 Virginia Ave Indianapolis. The ad notes wide unsolicited orders from up to 19 miles away and cites Mr Houze's longstanding Houze family medicines reputation. Also mentioned is J. C. Carna Williams operates an exclusive resilvering and framing shop at 448 Virginia Ave. Old mirrors are restored to look like new with prompt pickup and delivery.
During a large Smith Sale Weber and Zimmer advertise lace trimmed vests priced at 9 cents each. Located at 322 to 324 Virginia Avenue the notice promotes bargain apparel offered by the retailer.
