Morphine ends life of young man in Indianapolis room
Gus A. Paul, 27, of 214 S Fast St, electrotype company employee, was found dead in his room Tuesday morning with a morphine package marked poison on the dresser. Autopsy ordered. coroner says the death appears self administered amid suspected insanity and delusions of female detectives. Paul had married sisters nearby, and a mall pharmacist testifies he never sold poison to a person acting oddly.

Two 14Year-Old Girls in Court for Drunkenness
Two 14 year old girls Myrtle Shipman and Rosa Davis were arraigned on drunkenness charges after being found in a saloon room Monday. They testified they were taken to a corner Kentucky and Senate avenues room by a man they met on Georgia street and drank several glasses paid for by him. Their parents received a lecture from Judge Cox who noted the girls were drunk and lamented lax home supervision.
