Jeone Garlamer, a Phnghedle iurga man confined by police, faced a judge after allegedly attempting to steal a bicycle from Jel Wier. During questioning he tore a witness’s garment, prompting prosecutors to label the act an old graft. Garlamer was fined and sent to the workhouse.
