Albert Jacobs sues the Oolitic Stone Company of Indiana for 10000 damages after an April 16 1908 accident at the quarry left him with both hands losing all fingers. His next friend William Jacobs filed the suit. Jacobs was injured when his fingers were caught between a rope and shive while working on a derrick.
