In police court Friday Ross Rupert, denounced by Judge Stubbs, was charged with enticing two 14 year old girls Pearl Swan and Fahole Funk to her home. The girls met two 17 year old boys George Keenan and Albert Simpkins on Washington Street, then went to the Rupert home where beer was allegedly served.
