Senator Hanna replies to RC Hills of Frankfort Kentucky that he cannot allow his name to be used as a candidate for the presidency in 1904. The letter, dated March 31, 1904, notes the offer of support in the convention and confirms Hanna’s decision.
Remarkable mastodon skeletons found during grading on the Norfolk and Western line near Blue Ridge Springs Virginia. They used frequent name changes and ran fronts including National Cold Storage Company Howard Creamery Company and Stratford Meyer Company.
