The House debated renewing grants for the State university, State normal, Purdue, and Vincennes with a key vote 53 to 38 restoring funds after opposition claimed breach of contract. It moved with ease and good speed though air chambers were a bit small causing the boat to sit low and sink. Barwise will modify the design to fix this. Steering device functioned perfectly.
