Sunday evening three intoxicated youths and a mysteriously identified woman applied for a four seated buckboard at Amich and Helvie’s livery on Massachusetts Ave. The rig was returned in poor condition and officers nabbed two youths and the woman. Names given were false. real names were William Turner, Harry Reinhard, and an unidentified woman from California. Bonds were overturned and warrants prepared, then quietly settled. Embezzlement charges followed in Washington Indiana as E J Bosley of Columbus Ohio was jailed for $1700 alleged embezzlement from Mrs Dell.
