Tragic Detroit Husband Shot Wife Then Killed Himself

Prank Beaubien traveling agent shot his wife in the back at 10:50 AM. He fired twice more, then locked himself in a bedroom and killed himself. Mrs. Beaubien, 40, survives. Beaubien, 40, drank heavily after inheritance six months prior. In Pittsburgh a self-inflicted death on the rails left a nameless body identified only as John G. Haller.
