Potter Coal and Coke Property Sale in Center Township

Notice of receiver's sale of the Potter Coal and Coke Company mining and coke plant in Center Township Indiana County Pennsylvania. The package includes multiple tracts totaling hundreds of acres, coal and mining rights, and conveyances across Burrell Center Blacklick townships with extensive mineral rights, easements, and surface rights. Sale set for June 127 1990 at 10 O clock am, with adjournment if needed. a complex bundle of lands, coal seams, and associated structures will be offered to settle claims.
