Notice is given that on Monday March 1, 1947 at 10:00 a.m. the Orphans Court of Indiana County will consider Oliver Overdorff as administrator of David Overdorff’s estate to obtain an order for a private sale of three adjoining parcels in Brushvalley Township. The parcels total about twenty acres and thirteen acres, with a two story dwelling, log barn, coal underlay, and related outbuildings. The sale is against Christin W. Miner and Catharine Miller and recorded deeds. The property was conveyed to Overdorff by prior owners. The action is for confirmation of sale and delivery of deed to the buyer(s).
