United Presbyterians Dedicate New Church in Indiana

The First United Presbyterian congregation of Indiana held a large dedication week for its new Mount Airy granite church on Sabbath. Almost a thousand Sabbath School members led by J Wilse Thompson marched to the building as the old bell rang welcome. Dignitaries and missionaries attended, with Dr Archibald Robinson delivering the dedicatory sermon and an overnight display of lights by Rochester and Pittsburgh Coal and Iron Company illuminating the exterior. The project, designed by George E. Sava and built by Hyde Murphy Company, cost over 400000, with nearly 100000 already paid.
