Orphans Court Sale Notice in White Township Indiana County
Notice is hereby given that an application will be made to the Orphans Court of Indiana County on Tuesday July 8 at 10 a.m. by Blanche M. Elliott administratrix of the estate of J. F. Miller deceased for private sale to Clair W. Elliott for twenty two hundred dollars cash on delivery of deed. The property is a two story travel ing house lot on the Indiana and Ritensburg Turnpike in White Township, bounded by the alley and Lot descriptions, beginning at a post on the turnpike then along the alley and lot lines to the turnpike, containing about one hundred fifty feet along the turnpike and twenty two perches to the lot line. Recorded deed shows prior conveyance to satisfy debts of the decedent and suit to pe rform inheritance.
