June sessions of criminal court opened with the Commonwealth v Perrone Perrone and Spini. The jury last evening found Perrone and his wife guilty of illegal liquor selling at Waterman near Ho jem City and convicting Frank Spini of riot. The Clawson case was called late yesterday with jurors seven chosen.
