A Kick Proves Fatal to Pittsburg Boy at Uncles Farm
Lawrence Smith six year old son of Robert Smith of Pittsburg was fatally kicked in the chest by a horse at his uncle George Phillips's Cherryhill township farm. Inflammation followed, and he died Friday evening. The remains were brought home to Pittsburg Saturday morning. He had come two weeks ago to spend the summer in the country with his relatives. The family mourns a hopeful vacation cut short.
