The Warmers Independent Telephone Company held its annual meeting at Plumville electing officers Noah Seanor president G B Mranty vice president A M VanHorn secretary Silas McManis assistant secretary O A Hamilton treasurer and directors Frank Douglass C J Blose H L McCullough T S Neal Silas M Fleming. The group approved a new constitution and adopted plans to extend commercial lines countywide and install a second wire to improve service.
