Dick Lydic Again in Jail for Liquor Sale
Dick Lydie who had just been released on bail was jailed again on Saturday charged with selling liquor. He and Wm Swanger were arrested last week by Constable Wettling on a liquor sale charge from Wm McDonald of Homer City. At the Saturday hearing Swanger was dismissed but Lydie was held for court. in default of bail he remained jailed. McDonald testified that Lydie supplied him a pint of alcohol.
