Stafford Dedicates New M E Church
The dedication of a new Methodist church at Stafford featured Rev. Frederick Wineman and visiting clergy. The cased brick Gothic building seats 250, cost 3500 with 1900 paid, and was presented to a growing congregation organized in 1909 by Rev. Chilcote. Large crowds attended morning, afternoon, and evening services with choirs, sermons, and a formal presentation by trustees.

The December term began Monday at 1 30 pm with Judge Tel ford presiding. Grand jury foreman El M Ansley of Chambereville instructed on duties. few indictments expected. Several cases nolle pros. Aurora civic court discharged. Ralph A Blice won $100 for lumber claim against Rosario Senacro. Toplin Rice Clerkin Co vs Indiana Construction Co and Milghim & Smith verdicts for plaintiffs totaling 22 70 and 84 80. Construction Co bankrupt, did not appear. Civil court to reconvene December 19.

Wedded Half a Century at Seanor Golden Anniversary
Saturday marked the 50th wedding anniversary of Mr and Mrs Noah Seanor of Plumville. Surrounded by their family they celebrated with a dinner as friends visited to offer congratulations. The couple, natives of Westmoreland County, wed near Livermore and have lived in this county for 46 years on the Seanor farm in South Mahoning township. He long farmed and shipped livestock to eastern markets and served two terms in the State Legislature. Now retired, he lives in Plumville and runs a lumber business. Mrs Seanor is 73. Their children are Harrison Seanor, Sherman Seanor, George Seanor, Mrs John Ferguson, Mrs Annie Pollard, and Mrs Emma Dinger. They have 26 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Home talent in Blairsville will present The Belle of Manila a three act musical comedy by Harry B Marshall at Library Hall on December 15 and 16 under Company FY Tenth Regt National Guard. The production features 48 performers and a cast including Edna Allan Cogswell and Paul Vogel with 23 musical numbers. Wills Settle Fractions Of Estates Across Several States
The will of Mrs. Jane Learn of Coatport dated February 4 1908 divides her estate among her children with M J Learn named executor. Other wills dated January 14 1909 for K M Hirtek of Baltsbore allocate specific sums to children and grandchildren, with C J Elvick named executor. The will of the widow of W J Trugal of Washington township dated August 2 1909 places use of the estate with the widow during her lifetime, then bequeaths the remainder equally to the children two years after her death. J A Adamson is appointed executor.

EXPOBULE KILLED HIM. Willan Brandt Bound Dead in Creek at Clymer
William Brandt was found dead in the creek at Clymer on Monday morning, believed to have frozen to death. He had been employed in Graceton but moved nearby to Clymer and left his boarding house Sunday night to mail letters. he was not seen alive again.

MUNICIPAL BUILDING FOR FIRE COMPANY SOUGHT
At the regular December meeting the chief marshal urged the town council to erect a lot on North Seventh Street for a modern fire house and housing of apparatus. The fire company outgrew its quarters and a new building is seen as a solid borough investment. Officers were elected for the coming year, including president UW. C. Christy and chief marshal H. C. Christy, with multiple captains and boards of control across four Hose and Ladder units. An explosion at a Wal lopsburg meat market damaged the front. no injuries, suspected Black Hand. A Catholic church mission led by Father Curtin drew large audiences with a series of free lectures on church authority and doctrine through the week.

Langham Begins Duties in Washington D C for Congress
Congressman J N Langham of town leaves Thursday for Washington to assume duties at the second session of the Flat Congress which convened on Monday. Barrett Retracts Suit Withdrawn After Campaign Charge
The Rev W L Barrett pastor of First Presbyterian Blairsville read a Sunday retraction to his congregation and the charge against Gov elect Tener was withdrawn with costs paid. Rev W A Roulston of Vandergrift also withdrew his intoxication claim. In 1910 Barrett alleged Tener was seen intoxicated, a sermon printed and widely circulated.
