Mrs Lydia Wiggins widow of Robert Wiggins of White township died Saturday morning at 8 o clock from paralysis at age 79. She was first married to Joseph G Flude who died in 1845 in Illinois. five children were born, only Joseph H Finde of east Oak street remains. In 1859 she married Mr Wiggins and lived in White township with her son James after his death. She belonged to the Lutheran church and Rev Lewis Hay conducted funeral services at her home on Sabbath at 3 pm. Interment followed in Greenwood cemetery.
