Kittanning Pa June 2 Paul T McKendrick former cashier of Merchants National Bank appeared before Justice of the Peace Atkins to face an information charging him with fraudulent conversion. The charge was filed by J Baiffen representing the Kittanning Presbytery. McKendrick was treasurer of the Presbytery moderators fund from which 7099 is missing. Albert Henderson a 71 year old Fairfield township farmer died after an accidental gun discharge in a car near Ligonier. The pistol in Fairfield township constable George McDowell’s pocket fired as a third person crowded into the vehicle at about 11 50 a m Monday.
