Washington June 24 Two dozen names of wealthy business and financial figures were listed by treasury officials for the Senate House inquiry into tax evasion and avoidance. Among those named were Andrew W. Mellon Pierre du Pont John J. Raskob Thomas W. Lamont Alfred P Sloan and Mrs Ethel du Pont. Helvering noted the use of personal holding companies to reduce payments, not alleging illegality, and cited 17 holding companies tied to wealthy individuals including the Adason Tobacco and Penn Tobacco corporations. Additional interests included C Louis Allen D Marshall and R B Mellon.

Funeral Friday at 3 00 pm in the Helm home Edgewood burial in Wood Cemetery.
