Patent for package card paves safe delivery method

June 1, 1927 Crum T Briggs of Indiana RD 4 received a 17 year patent for a package card that secures to a package with a string to ensure safe delivery. In 1952 Homer City and Center Township school boards appointed a committee to study sites for a proposed new junior-senior high school. In 1962 Indiana State College began a long range plan to develop athletic facilities on a 20 acre tract near 11th and Glass streets in Indiana.
