George Roudebush of Gyaceton and John Greczek of Coral were found not guilty by a jury verdict at 2:25 PM yesterday on double assault and battery and aggravated assault and battery misdemeanors brought by George Faylor of Coral. The court ordered the cost of prosecution split between defendants and prosecutor. Jurors heard evidence in the case of Steve Komogovich, a Heshbon coal mine watchman, charged on a triple-count indictment with felonious assault of Charles Marks of Heshbon. The aged defendant claimed self defense in a knife attack by Mark, and pictures of the scene were introduced as evidence. Jury went out at 11:30 PM today. verdict expected in the afternoon. At noon a jury was drawn for Clair M. McCune charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence.

In the evening a Community Night service features Rev R L McQuiston district superintendent Blairsville singing by Joseph Sheriff Windber who attended the centennial celebration. The Blairsville church was organized in 1822 by Rev Thomas M Hudson and Rev Dennis B Dorsey, part of the Mahoning Circuit Baltimore Conference, originally spanning 300 miles. It began in a log school house and moved to a church building in 1828 as the organization predates the Pittsburgh Conference.
