Frank J. Gabriel of Blairsville formerly of Johnstown was confined to Indiana County Jail after arrest by Jersey City authorities. He allegedly bought 277 cases of eggs from R. W. Kerr for about 2153 dollars using two bad checks. He had recently served four months in Somerset County Jail for conspiracy.
