$500 Worth Of Furs Stolen From Indiana Storage
Three to four hundred muskrat furs valued at $500 and a lone bearskin worth $2 were taken from the storage house of Indiana fur dealer Lynn E. Richardson. Police say the padlock was sawed off to gain entrance and the theft was discovered this morning after Richardson checked the building last night around 5:30 p.m. Indiana Borough police are investigating the thefts.

Pilot Dies After Crash On Highway In Los Angeles
An Air Force pilot Capt. Dwight J. Cook landed on a taxi strip at Los Angeles International airfield and crashed through a fence onto Sepulveda Boulevard, triggering a three car wreck. Harold Buzby Kline 37 son of Indiana Burgess and Mrs. Warren P. Kline died Saturday at his Franklin Pennsylvania home after a long illness. Born November 6 1918 in Indiana he returned from Europe ten years earlier after World War II. He married Margaret Ann Sanford August 22 1942 in the Army Memorial Chapel in Washington DC. Survived by wife son Harold II two brothers Richard W and W Robert and his parents. He served as a technical sergeant in the medical corps and taught X Ray operations. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church United Commercial Travelers Elks and Indiana Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1989. Funeral held yesterday in Franklin.
