California Senate approves Point Conception LNG bill
The California Senate approved a bill to back a liquefied natural gas terminal at Point Conception by a 30-7 vote. Gov. Brown is expected to sign. The measure aims to secure gas supplies and address health and safety questions while resisting delays that could jeopardize Indonesian gas contracts.
