Moral Recycling theme at Catholic Women Conference
Bishop Juan Arzube opened the 24th annual Archdiocesean Council of Catholic Women gathering in Los Angeles with a call for moral awakening and a shift from fleeting pleasures to lasting values. He warned that strict rules alone fail without inner virtue and urged viewing the church as a mother guiding discipline and freedom. Education discussions stressed parental involvement, and speakers urged a return to Catholic values in schools and family life.
