Investigators say she worked Wednesday at Aphrodite Jewelry Manufacturing Co. when she mixed the powder with a heated chemical solution thought to be boiling water. The solution is believed to be sodium cyanide used in jewelry cleaning. She collapsed. four paramedics and four firefighters could not revive her.
