Suit Filed Over Plane Crash Disappearance
A $2.5 million damage suit was filed in Superior Court over the disappearance of a gamblers' special airliner on a flight from Hawthorne Nevada to Burbank. Edna Bithell of Sun Valley sues Mineral County Airlines and Hawthorne Nevada Airlines for negligence, on behalf of her four year old granddaughter Trisha Kelly, whose parents were among the 35 passengers. the plane vanished February 18 with wreckage unrecovered.
