Champ Butler's Rise From Lot Boy to Mocambo Headliner
Hollywood June 15 Champ Butler began as a Sunset Strip parking lot boy earning 30 to 60 dollars weekly. He has risen to the Mocambo inside star attraction after being spotted by singer Barbara Belle. The 24 year old says he wanted to sing since 14 and now performs after eight months of rehearsals and quick promotion following singer Warren's illness. Celebrities attended his opening night and he plans to continue tipping well as he shifts from parking to performance.
