Two Youths and Two Girls Narrowly Escape Cliff Crash
Four Long Beach teenagers escaped a 150 foot cliff fall near Palos Verdes City Hall after a car skidded on a hairpin turn. Driver Larry Menler 16 and passenger Thomas Rockholt 15 along with Rosemary Bisso 15 and Sharron Queen 15 suffered minor injuries, one girl with a possible fractured shoulder. The car overturned twice and ended wheels up. The group crawled from the wreck to Mark Sander’s home to call police.
