Families talk of a child's drug abuse
Families Anonymous started six years ago in Los Angeles County and has grown to many groups nationwide. The Long Beach session meets Thursdays at 8 p.m. at the Alcohol Diversion Program building, 238 Mine Ave. Marylou leads the group and shares success stories of parents learning to let their children solve their problems, with a former participant now a husband and father.
