Unruh probe continues as no decision on prosecution

Sacramento AP reports no ruling on pursuing charges against State Treasurer Jesse Unruh over a $10,000 campaign donor transaction. Justice officials say the probe is winding down with no conclusion, amid previous claims of a grand jury referral. Dow Chemical shells petrochemical project due to red tape in Northern California.

Plant Plans Tees Up 1976 Decision On Permit Process
