Vicencia to chair Southern California transport subcommittee
Assemblyman Frank Vicencia appointed chairman of the Assembly Transportation Committee subcommittee on Southern California Regional Transportation. Fred Chel John Collier Walter Ingalls and Frank Lanterman will serve on the panel. Vicencia vows firm proposals within months after meetings with Caltrans RTC city and county leaders and regional groups to improve mass transit in Southern California.
