Energy panel may set sites of LNG terminals
SACRAMENTO AP. A bill would give the State Energy Commission authority to choose LNG terminal sites in future proposals while excluding the three already proposed at Los Angeles Harbor Oxnard and Point Conception from its review. The bill aims to speed hearings with PUC and Coastal Commission and halt conflicts between agencies.
