Dr James V Maloney testified no motel or specific development is being considered and offered to sell the 112000 square foot site for 2 per square foot with a 10 day option. The council opposed the South Coast Region element of the California Coastal Zone Conservation Plan extending control inland to Del Amo Boulevard affecting Car S0t.
