Kennedy plane crash date and injuries noted in 1964

The light plane carrying Senator Edward Kennedy crashed June 19, 1964 near Barnes Mass. The pilot and a Kennedy aide died. Senator Birch Bayh and his wife were injured. Kennedy aged 32 suffered rib and spine injuries and spent six months in hospital.
