A conference with officers led to a lunch and a later meeting to address complaints about cold food, harsh conditions, and inadequate facilities. Beach Brawl Leaves Youth Dead At Huntington Beach
Kenneth J. Grashy aged 53 of West Covina died at Huntington Inter Community Hospital after a beach fight in which four juveniles aged 14 to 16 were detained on suspicion of murder.
