The second executrix of the estate of Margaret Henkle, deceased, files her final account in the Oregon State Court in Polk County. A hearing is set for March 7 1921 at the courthouse in Dallas Oregon to hear objections to the final settlement. Swope, attorneys, announce the first publication in February 1921.
Polk County officials authorize immediate use of a strychnine based bait mix to destroy digger ground squirrels. The recipe combines alkaloid strychnine with barley or wheat and starch paste, to be distributed along trails and at den sites. Availability announced through county offices and local stores in Oregon, with dates referencing late March to April.
The Polk County Court Oregon will appoint a person to exterminate ground squirrels on lands and buildings within the county. The cost becomes a lien if unpaid and notice is published for two consecutive weeks. Dated February 17 1921. Paul Carpenter county agent.
In Polk County Oregon the Circuit Court summons Ella Kiger Hulda Hammersley Seth Taylor and Mrs Seth Taylor to answer a complaint by J. B. Taylor as administrator of Charlotte Polley estate. If unshown by April 2 1921 the court may partition or sell Lots 1 2 3 5 6 7 and two thirds of Lot 8 in Buena Vista.
