Body of Man Found Near Sidney
The body of an unknown man was discovered August 6 floating in Sidney on the Polk county side. A coroner's inquest ruled drowning. A brother of Armstrong, who vanished from Albany months earlier, identified the clothing on the body as his brother's. This is the fourth unidentified body found in Polk County in recent years.
