San Francisco March 20 Shipping circles report progress in talks between Northern Navigation Co and White Pass & Yukon route. Officials would not confirm full sale of Northern holdings including river steamers, barges, and terminals valued around two million dollars. Negotiations aim to end last year's ruinous competition between the two northern lines.
