Youth beaten in gang clash near Hyde Park YMCA
A 16 year old, James Edwards of North Kenwood, was knocked unconscious and cut with a broken bottle during a fight between rival gangs at 53rd and Dorchester while a Hyde Park YMCA Coordinated Youth Program meeting was in session. Police detained several youths. no arrests reported.
