Police charged 17 year old Ernie Slaughter with the stabbing murder of 23 year old Susan Hebel at Leo Tannenbaum's home last August. Slaughter a prior offender, was arrested on physical evidence by Lt. Walter Bosco with investigators John Kennedy James Scott and Joseph Murphy.
