The Conservation Community Council meets Wednesday October 16 at 7 30 p m at the Hyde Park Neighborhood Club 5480 Kenwood to decide whether to accept the urban renewal department recommendation for LR 7 8 and 9 sites on Cottage Grove between 47th and 50th The plan would shift toward low and moderate income housing with potential neighborhood shopping on LR 7 north of 47th Place The council seeks a staff report on modular housing and will preserve the DUR proposal as the guiding framework for the sites
