Help for seniors on tax rebates in Hyde Park Kenwood

The Hyde Park Kenwood Community Conference offers tax rebate help for seniors under the Illinois Senior Citizens and Disabled Persons Property Tax Relief Act. A volunteer attorney will assist with forms and filing on Saturday November 10 and Sunday November 11 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 1400 East 53rd Street. Eligible residents 65 or disabled with 1972 income under $10,000 can receive up to 100 dollars.
