Blackstone block group protests five townhouse project in Hyde Park
Richard Swift seeks a zoning variation to move the north lot line seven feet for five townhouses on 54th Street and Blackstone. The 5400 Blackstone block group opposes citing tight setbacks near the Harbor home at 5410 Blackstone and alleged traffic hazards. Swift plans four bedroom two and a half bath homes with garages selling in the low $40s. the group urges four units and more space but Swift says it is not economically feasible.
