Hyde Park Kenwood Launch Winter Air Pollution Watch
The Cleaner Air Committee of Hyde Park Kenwood collaborates with the city Air Pollution Control Department on an intensified smoke watch campaign this winter. Four area captains collect reports of violations, including building address, smoke density, remission times, duration, and frequency, with daily relay to the department.
