Beadle County Man Michael Burns Ends Life in Barn
Michael Burns a 36 year old Beadle County resident from Valley township committed suicide in a barn on the Burns farm last Sunday afternoon. He was found hanging from a rafter about two hours after last being seen alive at 1:30 pm. Coroner’s inquest in Huron, Beadle County, SD, found death by self inflicted hanging between two and three pm on May 3, 1903.
