Refreshments and music followed the ceremony with portraits of Lincoln and Mrs McKinley gifted by Mr and Mrs Parke of the Huron Art Studio.

Mrs H C Fliss Dies After Short Illness
Mrs Henry C Fliss aged 38 died last Friday from a stroke of paralysis after a brief illness. She lived in Huron for nineteen years with her family, originally from Dubuque Iowa. Funeral was Sunday at the residence. She is survived by her husband and five children aged up to sixteen.
